don’t do it…don’t go to Washington and be used by Blagojevich as a pawn in the egotistical game he’s playing…..don’t tarnish your reputation by getting involved in this obvious ploy to bring race into this story and divert it from it’s original headline….if you continue to allow yourself to be put in the middle of this you will lose any and all credibility you ever had…when your colleague, Rep. Rush, used words like “lynching” and “hanging” to refer to any opposition to your appointment, he spit on the memory of anyone who had been lynched in the past…if you allow this sideshow to continue, you are nothing more than Blagojevich’s “boy” and should hang your head low in shame…

Blagojevich has been so successful at making himself and his office look ridiculous that about a million people are now able to remember and maybe even spell his crazy name — that’s sort of like an accomplishment, right?
